The culinary experience at the Restaurant Schmitte at the Romantik Hotel Schweizerhof was just amazing, from the Appetizers to the Deserts! The Chef Adrian offers Swiss Dishes with an exotic touch which are mind-blowing! We appreciate his knowledge and most of all that he greats his guests in person. We went back a few times to this beautiful restaurant because we love culinary Art but not only! The Service Staff is one of a kind. With the Chief of Service "Jon Piña" and his staff, we always enjoyed an excellent service, our kids were happy too! Thank you Mr. Adrian and Mr Jon and the staff for wonderful evenings at your restaurant!

We had a great dining experience and all of the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, especially our server Kamil. The recommended dishes from the chef did not disappoint and everything from the appetizers to the dessert was just right.

Dinner here was one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had. The service was phenomenal, and the food matched the amazing service. Beautifully prepared and each course was absolutely exceptional! A must do for anyone in the Grindelwald area!
