Nach langem Bestellvorgang stellte sich heraus, dass die Hälfte unserer Bestellung an der Kasse lag. Mein Kaffee war kalt und wir mussten länger auf den Rest der Bestellung warten. Wichtig ist, dass die Kinder glücklich waren, mein Mann und ich jedoch nicht.

Ich kenne in ganz Österreich keinen schlechteren McDonald's als den in Rankweil. Extreme Wartezeiten, meist das falsche auf dem Tablett oder im Sack. Wenn es dann mal kommt, ist alles kalt. Auch wenn ich im Restaurant sitze. Heute 04.10.2024 47 Minuten auf das Essen der Kids im Restaurant gewartet. Wenn dann so eine Packung, siehe Foto kommt, weiss ich nicht mehr wie schlecht man noch werden kann.

Bestellungen werden am Abholtresen abgeschlossen bevor Sie abhol bereit sind aas zu viel Verwirrung führt. Dabei hilft nicht das dir Mitarbeiter die Nummer sehr leise und manchmal unverständlich aufrufen.Warum hat man so ein System wenn man es dann nicht nutzt?Der Service leidet hierunter enorm.Außerdem war meine "Fanta" Wasser mit einem kleine Schuss Sirup, geschmeckt hat sie nach nichts.
