Quelle: GoogleDer Chef ist ein schräger Vogel. Vom Typ und Verhalten eher der Mechaniker fürs Grobe als Gastronom welcher Kunden mit Freude und Gastfreundschaft empfängt. Er dirigiert aus der Küche wo man Sitzen soll, läuft mürrisch durch das Restaurant, bleibt minutenlang im Raucherabteil oder der Küche, schaut nicht bei den Kunden vorbei. Das Essen ist OK, die Musik etwas laut, die Portionen gross. Man könnte mit etwas Empathie viel mehr aus dem Restaurant machen. Schade.
