Leider auch hier das Bestellsystem am PC. Lange Wartezeiten. Auch der Hinweis auf das app finde ich geschmacklos da man. Zum Beispiel als nicht Deutscher dieses App nicht mal laden kann. Ausgrenzung würde ich mal sagen.

Mitarbeiter wechselt seine Handschuhe nicht auf Bitte und sagt mir ich muss jetzt dafür warten, da er keine Lust hat zu wechseln während das andere Sub noch 35Sek im Ofen ist. Dann lässt man mich auch minutenlang alleine vor der Theke. Dann endlich nach langem warten ist er bereit mich zu bedienen. Das Sub hat wenigstens geschmeckt. Zum Service brauche ich ja nicht mehr zu sagen.

Die zwei nicht Deutschen hinter dem Tresen absolute Katastrophe. Schlechter Service und die Pommes schauen aus wie ausgespuckt nie wieder. Bei so vielen schlechten Kommentaren wundert es mich das da nichts passiert. Mal schauen was das Ordnungsamt sagt.
