Der Nr. 1-Italiener in Zermatt - leider nur in der Winter-Saison geöffnet. Mont Cervin-Direktor Rafael Biner hat ein grosses Rad zu drehen - das „Capri“ aber ist ihm gleichzeitig Top-Priorität und Herzensangelegenheit.

Die italienische Crew bringt authentische und höchst kulinarische Gerichte von der Insel Capri ins Herzen von Zermatt. Nicht günstig, aber ein tolles Erlebnis welches wir sicherlich bei unserem nächsten Besuch wiederholen werden.
