Das Essen selbst war unglaublich! Ich habe mir als Vorspeise einen Capresesalat gegönnt, welcher mit frischen Zutaten zubereitet wurde und ein echter Genuss war. Als Hauptgang gabs die besten Tagliatelle al Pesto weit und breit. Die Teigwaren waren der Hammer im Geschmack, zusammen mit dem herrlichen, selbstgemachten Basilikumpesto eine echt tolle Kombination.Ich komme ursprünglich aus der Region von Neapel, und dort wissen wir, was gutes Essen ausmacht. Ich muss sagen, dass dies wahrscheinlich die beste Pestosauce war, welche ich seit langem gegessen habe. Complimenti allo chef! Also kommt hier vorbei und esst authentisch italienisch…
