Sehr originelle Architektur. Angenehme Lichtverhältnisse. Personal hat eine sehr gute Kundenorientierung. Fühlte mich sehr wohl. Da hatte frisches Brot anstelle Laugengipfeli gut Platz. Saubere Toilette. Das Lavabo einzigartig mit dem bachähnlichen Wasserablauf. Da gehe ich gerne wieder hin.

Wir kommen ab und zu ins Bistro B5. Wir kombinieren dann einen Sonntags-Spaziergang durchs schöne Burgdorf zum Abschluss mit einem Glas Wein/Bier und unserem Favoriten 'Flammechueche Geissbock'. Das Ambiente im Bistro ist sehr einladend und das Personal war bei uns stets schnell und freundlich. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen.
