Très bon moment passé à inaugurer la nouvelle carte hivernale très originale et le label fait maison bien mérité. La sauce du coq au vin est mijotée 3 jours, les tagliatelles champignons et truffes sont top, les frites (maison) au parmesan et à la truffe un délire … et les desserts…. À recommander absolument

Nachdem wir in mehreren trendigen Restaurants in Crans Montana gegessen hatten, nicht großartig und sehr teuer, stießen wir endlich auf ein kleines Juwel. Es ist kaum 10 Minuten von Crans entfernt, die Küche ist sehr raffiniert, die Atmosphäre ist sehr herzlich und der Service ist perfekt. Ich kann es nur wärmstens empfehlen!Après avoir dîné dans plusieurs restaurants branchés de Crans Montana, pas terribles et très chers, nous sommes finalement tombés sur un petit joyau. C’est à peine à 10 minutes de Crans, la cuisine est très raffinée, l’ambiance est très chaleureuse et le service est parfait. Je le recommande vivement!
