Das „Überraschungsmenü“ war perfekt, der Vorschlag, den frisch eingetroffenen Trüffel als Topping hinzuzufügen, war völlig ausreichend, um das Gericht zu verfeinern. Der perfekte Service und gleichzeitig super freundlich (was zeigt, dass das eine das andere nicht verhindert).Un cadre splendide pour une magnifique soirée ! Le menu « surprise » était parfait, la suggestion de la truffe fraîchement arrivée en sus était totalement adéquate pour sublimer le plat. Le service parfait et en même temps super sympa (comme quoi l’un n’empêche pas l’autre).
