Korrekt überarbeitet: Ich habe noch nie so ein leckeres Essen in einem Gasthaus gehabt. Alles ist regional, also würde ich, wenn es möglich wäre, 6 statt 5 Sterne vergeben. Alles in allem: tiptop! Das Gebäude, in dem die Unterweisung stattfindet, ist relativ kühl, da es sich um einen Altbau handelt. Aber das Hotel bzw. die Schlafzimmer befinden sich in einem neuen Gebäude, wo der Wärmeverlust definitiv besser ist.

Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den freundlichen Service. Die Bedienung war auf Zack, sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Wir waren sicher nicht zum letzten Mal hier.
