Ein tolles Eventrestaurant mit einem jungen motivierten Team und einer sehr aufmerksamen und freundlichen Gastwirtin. Man bestellt besser vor. Momentan gibt es eine wechselnde kleine, aber sehr feine Speisekarte mit bayrischen und schwäbischen Gerichten, Vesperspeisen, Vorspeisen und Dessert. Sehr gute Biere im Angebot.
Quelle: GoogleWaren seit dem Inhaberwechsel nicht mehr hier. Das Lokal hat sich nicht verändert, urig und gemütlich. Das Konzept der Andechser Waldwirtschaft ist geblieben. Man merkt hier und da, dass das neue Team noch nicht 100% eingespielt ist. Es gab den einen oder anderen Kritikpunkt. Beispielsweise vergingen zwischen Bestellannahme und dem Salat 45minuten. Weitere 20 Minuten bis zum Hauptgang. Wir hatten einen Tisch für 2 reserviert. Biergarten hatten wir aber nicht dazu gesagt. (bei 12 Grad und Regen...). Haben aber noch einen Platz im "Wintergarten" bekommen. Das essen an sich war in Ordnung. Angenehm angerichtet, allerdings hat die Kulinarik noch Potenzial. Beispielsweise waren die Kässpätzle einheitlich weich in der Konsistenz, als wärs zu lange gestanden. Das Schweinefleisch war in Ordnung. Die (frittierten) Röstzwiebeln hatten leider schon deutlich Wasser gezogen und waren nicht mehr knusprig. Soße war klasse, insbesondere die frischen Pilze sind zu loben. Meine Begleitung hatte den Zwiebelrostbraten, hier ein ähnliches bild. Fleisch war leider nicht medium, Präsentation auf dem Teller etwas lieblos. Kritik haben wir dem Personal mitgeteilt. Waren sehr dankbar und haben das Feedback auch angenommen und uns noch einen Schnaps aufs Haus angeboten. Der Sevice war allgemein sehr freundlich. Ich denke, das Restaurant und das Team hat Potenzial wirklich gut zu werden. Ich weise ausdrücklich darauf hin, dass das meine Meinung ist. Freunde von mir sind öfter dort und hatten die beschriebenen Themen nicht. EDIT: 2 Jahre später, Team ei gespielt, Speisen und service TOP!
Quelle: GoogleAlles bestens. Essen ging schnell und Lecker. Man darf auch nicht vergessen das die niedrigen Bewertungen noch von den alten Betreibern von damals stammen. Lokal hat seit Juni 2020 neue Besitzer.
