Wir waren einen Tag später in Erfurt in einem Restaurant mit gehypter asiatischer Küche und können nur sagen: Lohnt keinen Umweg. Wir hatten zweimal Bibimbab, einmal mit Tofu vegetarisch und einmal - auf Wunsch vegan - mit Pilzen. Beides war super lecker und reichlich. Beim veganen Gericht habe ich noch eine kleine Portion Kartoffeln bekommen. Das fand ich sehr nett und aufmerksam. Die scharfe koreanische Soße hat sehr gut dazu gepasst.
