Ich übernachte und esse nun bereits zum zweiten mal hier im Gasthof Schlossberg Bori und ich kann es wirklich wärmstens empfehlen! Die Zimmer sind wirklich sehr schön, angenehm und gut gross dimensioniert. Es ist alles sehr gepflegt und sauber gehalten. Das Essen ist sehr gut. Mit den Portionen ist man liebevoll grosszügig und man wird gut satt. Die Bedienung und die Betreuung (Frau Daria de Marchi) ist sehr symphatisch, kompetent und hat ein tollen Sinn für Humor. Es war alles sehr sauber. Das Essen war jeden Tag absolut lecker und es gab sehr gut gemeinte Portionen. Die Gastfreundschaft und Herzlichkeit von Daria war sehr gross. Quelle: GoogleEin typisch Schweizer Gebäude. Sehr urig dennoch modern. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Essen ist mega. Sehr zu empfehlen ist das Cordon Bleu welches ein fresskoma verursacht das sich lohnt. Die umliegende Landschaft ist ebenfalls sehr schön aber nicht zu vergleichen mit dem dort servierten essen. Leider kann man den Koch nicht für sich mit nach Hause nehmen. Google kann nicht genug Sterne anbieten für dieses mega essen. Es ist übrigens hausgemacht man sieht es schmeckt es und man hört es. Der Koch hat das Fleisch geklopft nicht die nette Dame hahaha. Ich komme definitiv wieder um den Rest der Karte durch zu probieren
