Spontan entschlossen nutzte ich meine knappe Mittagspause, um mir was Gutes zu gönnen. Erstmals kam ich in den Genuss sensationeller Kulinarik des Calix. Super zarter Fisch, auf den Punkt gekochtes Gemüse, sehr ansprechend angerichtet. Durch das Fenster konnte ich dem Küchenpersonal über die Schulter schauen - die Köchin schien sehr begeistert bei der Sache zu sein. Sehr freundlich und aufmerksam wurde ich vom Servicepersonal bedient. Die scheinbare Harmonie im gesamten Team "schwappte" auf mich über und bescherte mir eine angenehme Pause. Danke und bis bald wieder!
