Salat hatte für meinen Geschmack zwar viel zu viel Essig, ABER dann kamen ja die Filet de Perche - die waren sehr lecker. Ebenso das Mousse au Chocolat - Dreilerlei. Preise für schweizer Verhältnisse akzeptabel. Wenn ich wieder mal in der Gegend bin, komm ich auf jeden Fall wieder.
