Es tut mir und meinem Team leid, wenn der Service nicht zur Zufriedenheit war. Sollte das Verhalten der Gäste dem Personal gegenüber entsprechend freundlich gewesen sein, entschuldigen wir uns für versehentlich vergessene Essen und JA, auch wir sind Menschen und müssen mal auf die Toilette oder eine Rauchen gehen, denn wir sind NICHT auf der Flucht.
