Ein absoluter Volltreffer für alle Steakliebhaber! Ich hatte das Rib-Eye – und was soll ich sagen? Perfekt auf den Punkt gegrillt, außen mit dieser herrlich krossen Kruste, innen wunderbar saftig und zart. Der Fleischgeschmack war intensiv und buttrig – genau so, wie ein richtig gutes Rib-Eye sein sollte. Die Qualität des Fleisches war top!!
Quelle: GoogleHervorragend auf Punkt gebratene Steaks und sehr leckere und knusprige Sweet Potato Fries. Der Cheesecake ist auch zu empfehlen. Gerne wieder. Leichte Abzüge in der B-Note beim Bier. Nächstes Mal trinke ich Wein.
