Von Rottdorf aus erreicht man die Gasstätte über Feld- und Waldwege mit einem 60minütigen Spaziergang. Das Essen ist sehr gut, das Ambiente gemütlich und das Personal sehr freundlich. Ein kurzer Spaziergang zum CarolinenTurm mit Weitblick über das Thüringer Land inklusive Weimar, bietet sich an. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Ich bin hier gestern eingekehrt. Man konnte draußen sitzen, Bestellannahme am Fenster, ebenso Abholung mit Pieper, was ich super praktisch finde, da man auf keinen Kellner warten muss. Getränke gab's auch sofort, Essen hat nicht lange gedauert. Die Auswahl an Gerichten ist sehr originell, hatte mit Gurke gefülltes Schnitzel, wahrscheinlich, weil Schnitzelwochen waren. Es war superlecker! Zum Nachtisch noch einen Apfelstrudel mit Eis und Sahne und das Essen war perfekt! Vielen Dank für diese schöne Auszeit!!

Wunderbarer Ort zum Erholen bei sehr schmackhaften Essen und angenehmer Atmosphäre. Wer mag, kann davor oder danach ausgiebig wandern. "Nur" mit dem Auto aber auch sehr gut erreichbar.
