Ursprünglich wollten wir nur etwas trinken. Doch ein Blick in die Speisekarte überraschte mich positiv: glutenfreie Speisen waren klar gekennzeichnet. Als Zöliakie-Betroffene fragte ich beim Personal nach, ob es wirklich sicher glutenfrei sei – und tatsächlich: Es gibt hier sogar einen separaten Ofen dafür! Es kam anders als gedacht, und kurz darauf wurde mir ein herrlicher Ziegenfrischkäse serviert. Eine rundum positive Überraschung: superfreundlicher und kompetenter Service. Vielen Dank dafür! 👌🏼
