Ein wundervoller Ort, um nach einer langen Wanderung zu verweilen. Wir sind gerne hier, weil es eine sehr familiäre Atmosphäre ist. Der Service und die Galloway Hauswurst sind einfach fantastisch.👍Leider nur 5 Sterne möglich! 😌

Wir sind dem Herbstnebel entflohen und mit der Sesselbahn hinauf. Von der Bergstation waren wir in 10 min beim Alpstübli.Wir wurden nett empfangen und der Service war gut. Die Aussicht auf die Glaner Alpen haben wir bei einem Strichbode Plättli genossen. Das Plättli war sehr lecker und auch der Preis ist ok.Anschliessend ging es zu Fuss gut 1h zurück nach Amden.Wir werden nächstes Jahr sicher wieder einmal im Strichbode einkehren.Parkplatz: Im Dorf bei der SesselbahnZugänglichkeit m. d. Rollstuhl: Schwierig mit Rollstuhl

Eine Ware wundertüte dieses Alpstübli. Der Chef des Hauses hat uns noch gebetet etwas zu warten, er rufe seine Frau an dass sie mit dem frischen Brot jetzt hochfahren soll damit er uns unsere Eingeklemmte machen kann. Für uns hat sich das warten gelohnt, die eingeklemmten Schinkenbrote waren sehr gut. Netter Ort mit schöner Aussicht und urig eingerichtet so wie ich es mag.
