Wir hatten kürzlich zum ersten Mal das Vergnügen, im Restaurant Pavo zu speisen, und ich kann sagen, dass es ein rundum positives Erlebnis war. Die Einrichtung war geschmackvoll und modern, mit einem Hauch von Gemütlichkeit. Der Service war durchweg freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Personal kümmerte sich um die Gäste, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Das Essen war phänomenal! Die geschmackliche Vielfalt und die hohe Qualität der Speisen haben uns begeistert. Von der ersten bis zur letzten Gabel war jedes Gericht ein Fest für die Sinne. Wir durften am Ende Herr Simon Schlachter persönlich kurz kennenlernen. Die freundliche Begegnung mit dem Küchenchef selbst hat unser Abend noch perfekt abgerundet und ein herzliches Dankeschön an Martin und Sabrina als unsere Food-Begleitung für den Abend!

Quelle: GoogleWir waren in den letzten Jahren in mehreren Sternerestaurants in DE und AT beim Essen, aber dieses Menü war mit Abstand das beste. 17 Gänge und jeder besser als der andere. Außerdem stimmt hier noch das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen.
