Mittag angerufen, für halb sechs noch zwei Plätze ergattert und fünf vor erwartungsfroh einmarschiert. Der erste Küchentest unter neuer Führung konnte endlich stattfinden und fiel überzeugend aus.Meine Frau hatte das Schwabenpfandl, das auch stilecht gußeisern serviert wurde. Zarte, saftige Medaillons suhlten sich in milder Sahnesauce mit feinem Pilzaroma, die Spätzle waren top.Ich hatte mich vorab schon auf den Zwiebelrostbraten geeinigt und der kam wie bestellt auf den Punkt medium. Würziger Jus dazu, knusprige Zwiebeln und richtig gute Bratkartoffeln, rustikale halbierte Drillinge mit Schale schön geröstet. Dunkles Bier dazu und hinterher ein Nusserl, alles prima, wir kommen gern wieder zum dinieren.
