Eintauchen in eine andere Welt. Das Essen in aller Ruhe genießen. Ohne Musik oder anderem Lärm. Einfach nur schön und erholsam. Und das alles in einem Jugendstil Ambiente.

Heute wieder im Snow beach bei Frühlingswetter mit altbekannten Gesichtern im Service.Die Erben-Minz-Suppe war sehr delikat, ebenso das Clubsandwich mit butterzarter Entenbrust.Es ist ein feiner Platz hier, aber wir sehen die Spuren der Zeit, die vielen Direktionswechsel, die rückgestuften Angebote für Hotelgäste, die vielleicht nicht mehr konkurrenzfähig sind?Das macht uns schon nachdenklich. Dieser Platz ist ein Kraftort und muss unbedingt erhalten bleiben.

(Schade, da das Hotel grossartig ist)Essen war nicht gut gewürzt, Portionen für den Preis zu klein und teilweise nicht mal ganz heiss.Das Frühstück ist auch sehr überschaubar. Der Käse eher langweilig, das Brot wohl Aufbackbrot, Ananas und Grapefruit als Früchte im Hochsommer zudem war alles nicht beschriftet. Schade, Schade. So ein tolles Hotel und so eine schwache Gastronomie.
