Im Winter hatte ich das Vergnügen, das Pop-up von RC Concepts beim White Turf in St. Moritz zu erleben – eine außergewöhnliche Erfahrung! Carl und Raul machen einen grossartigen Job! Das kulinarische Angebot war erstklassig und bleibt unvergessen. Ich bin voller Vorfreude auf die Eröffnung des saisonalen Restaurants von RC Concepts und bin gespannt, was mich in dieser Saison erwartet.

Sehr zu empfehlen!Last year, we went to RC Concepts' pop-up on the ice at the White Turf St. Moritz, and it was amazing! The best part was the brioche with black truffle and cheese cream—delicious & unforgettable.We're really looking forward to this year's opening of RC Concepts' seasonal dining room and can't wait to see what they have in store.
