Seit Jahrzehnten eigentlich ein Geheimtipp und seit sicher 28 Jahren gehe ich beim Auto-Salon immer dorthin zum Mittagessen und um das spezielle Gericht "Potence" zu essen, was vorgebratene Filetstücke an einem Art Galgen aufgesteckt sind, die am Tisch noch dazu flambiert werden und der übergossene und angezündete Alkohol tropft dann sehr geschmackvoll in das untenliegende Reis. Sicher ist es alles andere als günstig, aber auch definitiv für das was man bekommt nicht übertrieben und das Wichtigste finde ich das in all diesen langen Jahren jedes Jahr das Essen absolut gleich gut und perfekt ist wie das Jahr zuvor und dass ein Restaurant dieses enorm gute Niveau so lange halten kann, muss mir ein anderes Restaurant zuerst einmal vormachen ! Aufrichtiges und ehrliches Kompliment für solches Tun. So manche könnten davon etwas lernen und sich eine große Scheibe davon abschneiden !
