Ein sehr gutes Restaurant. Wir hatten das Degustationsmenü mit korrespondierendem Wein. Alle 7 Gänge waren geschmacklich ausgezeichnet und qualitativ sehr hochwertig. Der begleitende Wein unterstützte die einzelnen Gerichte ganz wunderbar. Ein Blick in die gut sortierte Weinkarte ist ebenfalls sehr lohnenswert. Der Service war sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend.

Auch die Snacks, das Amuse Buche, die verschiedenen, selbst gebackenen Brote und die Süssspeisen sind sehr lecker. Der (junge) Service ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, und die Atmosphäre des Restaurant ist trotz der gehobenen Gastronomie gemütlich.
