Fast wie in Japan.. Man fühlt sich in diesem Restaurant immer willkommen das essen ist superfresh. Bei Sushi ist das so, dass der Reis an sich eine der wichtigsten Zutaten ist. Daher ist es wichtig dass der Reis nicht zu kalt ist und Geschmack hat. Wenn man dazu noch frischen Fisch hat und perfekt temperierten Reis, ist das Sushi wundervoll. Beides findet man in diesem Restaurant. Eine kleine Perle am Bielersee. ✨
