Rustikale Einkehr mitten im Hainich gelegen. Wir hatten telefonisch reserviert und wurden sehr herzlich begrüßt,so wie es im Thüringischen üblich ist. Ein Parkplatz direkt neben der Hainichbaude ist vorhanden, perfekt für alle Gäste, die nicht so gut zu Fuß sind. Sowohl das Essen als auch die Getränke konnten überzeugen. Schon erstaunlich, was die Wirtsleute hier auf die Teller zaubern.Ein besonderer Dank an die Chefin Jane, sehr nett und trägt das Herz auf der Zunge. Wir empfehlen die Hainichbaude sehr gern weiter. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder...
Quelle: GoogleNach toller schöner Wanderung im Hainich kann man hier sehr gut einkehren und fantastischer Aussicht. Man war auch sehr flexibel bei veganen Speisen, hatten auch vorher rechtzeitig Bescheid gegeben. Mit größerer Gruppe ist eine Reservierung ratsam.

Wir wollten eigentlich nur einen Kaffee genießen, diese coole Atmosphäre hat uns dann zum etwas längeren Verweilen animiert. Wir waren Wandern, hier auf den gut ausgewiesenen Touren, meist im dichten Wald, was bei dem momentan verregneten Sommer einfach passt.
