Heute Nachmittag bin ich dem Nebel entflohen, und habe von der Mehrzweckhalle Bichwil den Weg zum Restaurant Eppenberg unter die Füsse genommen. Nach dem ca. 45 Minuten Spaziergang auf dem Strässchen kehrte ich im hellen Restaurant mit der schönen Aussicht ein und erfreute mich an einem feinen Dessert: Apfel-crumble mit Vanille Eis. Sehr zu empfehlen.Noch ein sehr nettes Gespräch mit dem Chef persönlich geführt, und mir die Karte angesehen, da ich wieder einmal kommen möchte.Die Bilder an der Wand sind zum Verkauf; sehr ansprechende naive Kunst.
