Am Sonntag bin ich zufällig in der Bolge vorbeigekommen. Ursprünglich wollten wir nur etwas trinken, aber als ich die Speisekarte sah, konnte ich nicht widerstehen. Ich entschied mich für das Tagesmenü, und das hat sich definitiv gelohnt. Das Schweinefleisch war butterweich, und die Beilage war ein Gedicht. Der Teller war sehr ansprechend angerichtet, und man merkte, dass hier jemand am Werk war, der Freude an seinem Beruf hatte. Der hervorragende Service rundete unseren Aufenthalt perfekt ab. Ich komme ganz sicher wieder. Vielen Dank!
