Freundliches Restaurant im Zentrum von St Gallen. Herzhafte, gutbürgerliche Küche zu guten Preisen. Der Service ist freundlich und aufmerksam, die bestellten Gerichte kamen schnell. Wir hatten St Galler Rösti mit Bratwursträdli und Käse gratiniert und von der Tageskarte Kalbsleber mit Rösti. Das St Galler Rösti war sehr herzhaft und ist eher bei sehr großem Hunger zu empfehlen, am Besten mit einem kleinen Salat. Die Kalbsleber mit dem Rösti war lecker, eine Salatbeilage wäre auch hier nicht schlecht. Das Restaurant war am Samstagmittag sehr gut besucht, eine Reservierung ist ratsam. Bierfalken ist auf jeden Fall eine gute Adresse in St Gallen - wir kommen wieder.
