Auf der Rückfahrt unser Reise nach Italien haben wir einen Zwischenstopp in Airolo eingelegt und diese Pizzeria entdeckt. Die Pizzen sind einfach fantastisch und zählen ohne Übertreibung zu den besten die wir je gegessen haben. Die Bedienung ist freundlich und wir haben ausdrücklich den Pizzabäcker gelobt. Einziges Manko ist der Außenbereich, der leider auf einer Straßenschräge liegt. Die Tische stehen daher äußerst schräg. Die nette Bedienung sagte uns aber, dass dies in Zukunft begradigt werden soll. Uns hat es nicht gestört und schon gar nicht den Geschmack dieser außerordentlichen Pizza geschmälert. Absolute Empfehlung.
