Gut gemeinte 2*. Heute war ich zum ersten Mal im Café Merz in Plarenga. Voller Vorfreude habe ich mir einen Kakao der Marke Merz aus der Plastikflasche gegönnt. Nach dem Öffnen und Probieren wurde mir richtig schlecht. Der Kakao war sauer und roch ekelhaft. Meine Reklamation wurde von der Kellnerin mit „das Mindesthaltbarkeitsdatum ist aber ok“ kommentiert und mein Ersatzgetränk, ein Sprite, musste ich nicht bezahlen. Ja, danke für nichts.
