Authentische, brasilianische Küche in der Schweiz, das wird sicher ein Challenge werden, dachte ich. In der Region Zürich kann man die Auswahl solcher Restaurants an einer Hand abzählen. Den Tip mit dem "Manu" in Wallisellen setzten wir dann in die Tat um....ja, es war der korrekte Entscheid. Auf der Speisekarte wimmelt es nur von brasilianischen Spezialitäten. Das coole daran, man kann sie alle portionenweise bestellen und man hat dann eine richtige Auswahl auf dem Tisch. Das Essen schmeckte uns exzellent. Schwarze Bohnen mit Reis, immer ein Renner für mich. Die Pao de queijo gibts nicht einmal in Brasilien mit dieser Qualität! So luftig, knusprig und fein nach gutem Käse schmeckend.Wie üblich wird das Essen nach der Bestellung frisch zubereitet, darum auch die "Wartezeiten"! In Brasilien ganz normal. Essen ist ja auch Kultur!!!Wer die authentische brasilianische Küche kennerlernen möchte, ist hier an der richtigen Adresse.Reservation erwünscht, da das Lokal nicht allzu gross ist. Sogar Live Musik im Lokal möglich, ansonsten dezente brasilianische Hintergrundmusik. Parkplätze der Strasse entlang.Unbedingt mal ausprobieren.
