Man wird aufgefordert, jederzeit in die offene Küche zu gehen und dort zuzuschauen und Fragen zu stellen. Tolles Konzept. Sehr gute Auswahl an Weinen. Bis auf einen Gang, den ich nicht besonders harmonisch fand, war alles sehr gut.
