WOW! Die Küche des Lazy Mountain hat uns sehr überrascht! Nach all den guten Rezensionen dachten wir, wir würden mit der Wahl des Lokals wohl schon nichts falsch machen, hatten aber nicht erwartet, dass wir hier im Rahmen eines Traueressens tatsächlich so hervorragend essen würden. Wir durften sehr frische Speisen von Qualität und Geschmack auf höchstem Niveau geniessen. Knackig frischen Salat mit vorzüglichem Dressing, eine fantastische Süsskartoffel-Kohlrabi-Kokosmilch Suppe, buntes Ofengemüse, die besten Steinpilz-Tagliatelle die wir je hatten und sehr feine Desserts. Wer wollte, durfte trotz reichlicher Portionen Nachschlag haben. Die Gastgeber Stefan und Dieter überzeugten allerdings nicht nur in der Küche, auch der Empfang und die Bedienung waren trotz vieler Gäste sehr liebenswürdig und aufmerksam, wie die gesamte Planung und Korrespondenz im voraus übrigens auch. BRAVO, besser kann man das nicht machen! Ganz herzlichen Dank nochmals und bis bald!
