La Bastille - Die letzte Bastion saarländischer Küche. Wir haben es ausprobiert - es stimmt. Unbedingt Dibbelabbes probieren!

Das saarländische Nationalgericht "Dibbelabbes" war hausgemacht, kross gebraten und natürlich sehr sättigend, das dazu gewählte Forellenfilet mit Sahnemeerrettich zart geräuchert. Die Creme brulee war von hervorragender Konsistenz und sehr sahnig. Hier kehrt man gerne ein und fühlt sich wohl.
