Die einzige Knödelmanufaktur der Schweiz hat uns sehr kurzfristig die Klösse zur Weihnachtsente gerettet. Sehr freundlicher Inhaber, Verkauf direkt ab "Werk", also einer umgerüsteten Garage. Spannend zu sehen. Sowohl Klösse aus auch Semmelknödel waren ausgezeichnet.
