Diese Rezession betrifft das Restaurant. Wir waren gestern Abend im schwarzen Bären essen. Nach dem sehr freundlichen Empfang wurden wir sehr gut zum Wein beraten.Wir haben das Überraschungsmenü bestellt. Die Überraschung ist gelungen. Es war eine kulinarische Explosion und eines der besten Menüs, dass ich je geniessen durfte. Die Gerichte sind sehr raffiniert und mit sehr viel Kreativität und Liebe zu den Lebensmittel kreiert.Es war ein unvergesslicher Abend!
