Auch die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist sehr gut. Beim Lachs hätte ich mir vielleicht noch Meerrettichschaum oder eine Senf-Dillsauce gewünscht, das würde das Gericht noch etwas verfeinern. Die Drei-Minuten-Eier habe ich leider nicht entdeckt, es wäre toll, wenn solche Klassiker immer verfügbar wären oder man sie zumindest auf Wunsch bekommen könnte. Die Konfitüre war prima im Glas, aber beim Honig hätte ich mir eine frische Wabe gewünscht – das würde perfekt zum regionalen Flair passen, vor allem in einer Gegend mit so vielen Imkern. Insgesamt war das Frühstück wirklich gut, aber bei dem Preis gibt es hier und da noch Potenzial, um das Erlebnis zu optimieren. Ein weiterer Punkt: Wenn man schon eine Telefonnummer auf der Website angibt, wäre es super, auch jemanden ans Telefon zu bekommen, statt nur ein Band. Ein freundliches Band ist nett, aber für konkrete Infos hätte ich doch lieber direkt einen Ansprechpartner. Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Besuch – aber mit ein paar kleinen Verbesserungen könnte es noch besser werden!
