Ein kleiner, aber sehr feiner Gasthof mit gehobener Küche und exquisiter, kleiner Speisekarte und einer 100% Weiterempfehlung unsererseits.Wir kamen ohne Reservierung, wurden sehr nett empfangen und durch den gesamten Abend mit Charme, Witz, Können und großer Herzlichkeit begleitet.Das Essen, einfach ein Traum - vom kleinen Küchengruß, über die Vorspeise, hin zur Hauptspeise, bis zum Dessert (die Sorbetvariation zum Hineinlegen!) - alles gesamt einfach ein Traum. Es folgte eine Geschmacksexplosion nach der anderen - wir sind heute noch begeistert.Das gesamte Ambiente sehr liebevoll und die Mitarbeiter glänzten mit Freude und vor allem Kompetenz. Es wurden bei jedem Gang die Komponenten erklärt und auch eine Weinbegleitung angeboten.Insgesamt ein mehr als gelungener Abend und sehr zu empfehlen.Bitte weiter so - in Klagenfurt ist das mit Sicherheit ein Standard, für den andere noch lange brauchen, bis sie ihn erreichen!!
