Zuerst: Pizza und klassische Pastagerichte gibt's keine, dafür aber eine geschmackvoll zubereitete Auswahl an Wassergetier aus Wildfang und Biogemüse. Empfehlenswert ist es, sich auf das 5 oder mehr... Gangmenü einzulassen. Das steht auf keiner Karte sondern das bespricht der Chef persönlich am Tisch. Neben hausgemachten Gnocchi mit Minimuscheln, die Essen zum wirklich sinn-lichen Moment machen (weil natürlich auch sie das Recht haben, in der Schale mit winzigen Zucchiniwürferln à point zubereitet zu werden und man sie einzeln vom köstlichen Inneren befreien muss) gibt es Rote-Beete-Ravioli mit geräuchertem Ricotta und dezent zubereiteten in seiner Natürlichkeit belassenen Fisch. Großartiges Essen ohne Chichi auch preislich für die gebotene Qualität ok.
