Tatsächlich das einzige Restaurant in Pontresina, welches Mitte April geöffnet war! Wir wurden nicht enttäuscht und unser Besuch hat sich gelohnt. Sehr freundlicher Empfang und Service. Da wir (viel zu früh) vor der Mittagszeit eingetreten sind, wurden wir NICHT weggewiesen, sondern es wurde uns angeboten, einen Apero in der gemütlichen Lounge einzunehmen. In der Zwischenzeit wurde unser Tisch im Colani Stübli bereitgestellt und wir wurden sogar vor 12.00 Uhr hineingebeten. Im Stübli duftete es fein nach Arvenholz. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet und der Herr im Service rundete den gelungenen Aufenthalt ab. Wir waren so zufrieden, dass wir vom Essen gar keine Fotos gemacht haben. Es bleibt aber auch so in bester Erinnerung :-)
