Sehr modernes Restaurant mit einer 13 Gault Millau Auszeichnung. Sehr edle Rohmaterialien wurde schmackhaft verarbeitet. Leider fehlte es für uns an einigen Details im Service sowie in der innovativen Präsentation der Speisen. Sehr lange Wartezeiten zwischen den Gängen. Brot auf der Rückseite uanagenehm stark verbrannt, bitter.

Sehr gutes Restaurant, der Koch hat Gold in der Hand, der Besitzer kreiert Cocktails zum Sterben, der Service ist ausgezeichnet und das Ambiente ist sehr hübsch. Ich kann es nur wärmstens empfehlen!Très bon restaurant, le chef cuisinier a de l’or dans les mains, le patron fait des cocktails à tomber par terre le service est excellent et le cadre est très joli. Je recommande chaudement !

Kommt mit guter QOQA an. Alles war perfekt, von der am Tisch zubereiteten Cocktail-Vorspeise bis zu den Desserts. Herzlicher Empfang, aber nicht spießig (umso besser). Wir schätzten, dass nur Schweizer Weine angeboten wurden.Arrives avec bon QOQA. Tout était parfait, de l’apéritif cocktail préparé à table jusqu’aux desserts. Accueil chaleureux mais pas guindé (tant mieux). Avons apprécié que seuls des vins suisses soient proposés.
