Mein Freundin & ich waren zum zweiten Mal in der Brasserie Le Jura, wenn sie draußen sitzen möchten empfele ich ein Reservierung zu tätigen. Das erste mal habe ich es gemacht, das zweite mal leider nicht aber konnte später draußen sitzen, der Kellner hat sich mühe gegeben. Wo wir dass erste mal dort waren hatten wir ein feines Fondue zum zweiten mal hatte meine Freundin ein Aufschnitt Teller & ich ein Roastbeef. Das Essen war sehr Lecker 😋 & preislich angemessen.

Der Klassiker ist die Saucisson im Blätterteig, fein mit Senf eingewickelt, der Hammer. Dazu ein Cabarnet franc von Grillette Domaine in Cressier. Zum Schluss ein Aprikosen-Dessert und ein Perudge aus Auvernier. Toller Service, aufmerksam und herzlich.
