Direkt im Zentrum von St Florian gelegen ist dieses Lokal eines der Highlights in diesem Ort. Schon die Gault Millau Wertung von 15 Punkten und 3 Hauben lässt gutes erahnen. Und das wird voll bestätigt. Freundlicher Empfang, ruhiger Gastgarten und eine extrem individuelle Speisekarte lassen das kulinarische Herz gleich höher schlagen. Man kann sich dann allerdings kaum entscheiden was man nehmen möchte, also am besten den Menüvorschlag nehmen und nach Herzenslust variieren. Ein unglaublicher Gaumengenuss, eine klare Empfehlung.
