Wir waren spontan an einem Samstag Abend hier und haben nach einem Tisch für zwei Personen gefragt. Eigentlich war das Lokal komplett ausgebucht, jedoch haben sie uns noch „aufgenommen“. Traumhaft. Die Bedienung brachte uns zum Tisch. Es war sehr ruhig von der Lautstärke. Das Ambiente ist gemütlich gehalten und die Tische sind schon eingedeckt. Es gab zuvor Brot und Butter, Öl und Salz und ein Aufstrich als Gruß aus der Küche. Die Karte ist nicht überfüllt. Es gibt die Wahl zwischen Menü oder eigene Auswahl an verschiedenen Vorspeisen und Hauptgerichte. Ich finde es klasse und schnell hatten wir uns für Fisch entschieden. Die alkoholfreien Cocktails sind frisch und lecker. Auf Anfrage haben wir eine weinempfehlung erhalten: sehr lecker und das können wir gerne empfehlen. Wein aus der Region. Das Essen war heiß auf dem Tisch und definitiv Preis-Leistung aus unserer Sicht gerecht. Dies ist kein 08/15 lokal, sondern gehobenere und besondere Klasse. Die Bedienungen war sehr freundlich, fragten öfters nach, ob es noch etwas sein durfte oder fehlte. Toller Service und sehr zu empfehlen. Wir konnten mit Karte zahlen. Auch die Amex wurde akzeptiert. Perfekt ist, es liegt sehr zentral und es gibt auch ein Hotel nebenan/ anbei. Wir sagen danke und bis zum nächsten Mal:)

Vorspeise, Zwischengang und Hauptgericht waren exzellent, geschmacklich sehr fein abgeschmeckt, liebevoll und schon fast künstlerisch mit Liebe fürs Detail präsentiert. Das Ambiente ist angenehm ruhig mit dezenter Klaviermusik, schönes historisches Interieur. Insbesondere der Service lässt keinen Wunsch offen; sehr aufmerksam ohne aufdringlich zu sein, als Gäste haben wir uns absolut wohl gefühlt. Würden wir morgen nicht schon abreisen, würden wir direkt zum Wiederholungstäter werden. Unser Highlight während unseres Aufenthaltes in Weimar!
