Wir waren ein verlängertes Wochenende im Hotel Bernerhof in Gstaad. Ich bedanke mich für die zuvorkommende und herzliche Behandlung, welche mich als Gast ( mit Hund ) während unseres Aufenthalts an nichts hat fehlen lassen. Ein besonderes Dankeschön geht an das gesamte Serviceteam in den Restaurants und den beiden Herren an der Rezeption. Ihr macht einen phantastischen Job! Auch den Damen vom Housekeeping, vielen, herzlichen Dank.

Als wir ankamen, wurden wir leider von einer älteren Dame sehr unfreundlich behandelt. Sie schien die Chefin zu sein. Sie wirkte geladen, was uns ein sehr unwohles Gefühl gab. Der Rest des Teams war jedoch ausgesprochen freundlich, und alles andere war wirklich super.
