Eine reiche Anzahl an Menüs bietet die Speisekarte. Nicht nur die Anzahl der Rösti (die Brasserie Anker ist bekannt dafür) ist enorm, sie sind auch eine wahre Gaumenfreude. Andere Speisen habe ich noch nie versucht, aber auch die sehen sehr bekömmlich und schön angerichtet aus. Das Personal bedient einem auch in Stresssituationen stets sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.
