Enttäuschende ErfahrungWir hatten eine schreckliche Erfahrung in diesem Restaurant. Als wir ankamen, warteten wir lange am Eingang neben dem Schild „Please Wait to Be Seated“, ohne dass uns jemand zur Kenntnis nahm. Als endlich jemand vorbeikam, sagte er grob: „Wir sind satt“ und ging ohne weitere Erklärung weg. Der Ton war abweisend und arrogant.Was es noch schlimmer machte, war, dass wir deutlich einige leere Tische im Inneren sehen konnten. Kein Aufwand, uns entgegenzukommen oder weitere Informationen bereitzustellen – nur eine kalte Abfuhr. Wirklich schlechter Kundenservice.Disappointing ExperienceWe had a terrible experience at this restaurant. Upon arriving, we waited at the entrance next to the “Please Wait to Be Seated” sign for a long time without anyone acknowledging us. When someone finally came over, they rudely said, “We’re full,” and walked away without any further explanation. The tone was dismissive and arrogant.What made it worse was that we could clearly see some empty tables inside. No effort to accommodate us or provide more information - just a cold brush-off. Really bad customer service.
